If you want to see what your client will experience, you can set up a test client and log-in as a client to see how the client view works.
PLEASE NOTE: Once you have added a client to your package, even a TEST client, you will not be able to remove any modules you have added to that package.
If you do want to make changes once you've viewed your package as a test client, you will need to copy the package and create a new one. So do ensure you are happy with the finished package before you add yourself as a test client. Remember, you can view all your modules in Preview mode at any time.
Once you have created a package, go to my packages and click add client.
Create a new username and password, enter your email address and your test client name and click assign.
Now you can log out of JigsawBox, then log back in as your client.
You can also open a different internet browser and log-in as a Client in one browser like Internet Explorer and log-in as a Coach in another browser like Firefox, so you can see side-by-side what your Client will see and what you see as a Coach.
Please do NOT simply enter your username at the top of the add client page, as this will not work because your username will be associated with your coach account. You need to create a new user entirely.
Also be sure to either use a different internet browser or clear your browser cache and cookies before you log-in as a test client.
Some browsers will remember your Coach log-in credentials even though you've entered your test client details, so if what you are viewing is not what you expect either clear your cookies or use a different browser as suggested above.
Best Practice: Use a real name for your test client account, either a variation of your name or a name of someone that you know. This will ensure your information remains secure.
It's always a best practice to make your usernames and passwords hard to guess.
