The My Coaches tab will show in your JigsawBox if you are the administrator of a JigsawBox Team, Pro or Max account.
Here you will see a list of all your packages, and when you click the + sign to open each package up you'll see the name of each coach that you have assigned to that package. Clicking on the name of each coach here will open up the coach details page, and you can amend any details as you see fit (including your coach password).
Next to each coach name you'll also see an 'edit' button, which you can click to change what your coach is allowed to do. You can also deactivate any coach on this page and they will then be unable to log in.
Clicking 'Add New Coach' will open a page where you can, you've guessed it, add new coaches to your account - as many as your current plan allows (the number you can have can be found by checking in 'my account' at the top right of any page). Once you've reached the maximum number of coaches you can have on your plan, you'll need to deactivate a coach or upgrade to add any more.
When you add a new coach, simply create a username and password and complete the rest of the details for you coach, then click 'save and decide what your coach can do'.
