To log into your JigsawBox, you will need to click 'login' at the top right of the page here.
Enter the username that you used to create your JigsawBox account (ie NOT your email address) and password. These will have been sent to you in an email with the subject 'Welcome to JigsawBox' when you first signed up onto the trial.
If you've lost your password, click here and enter the email address you used to register for your JigsawBox. If you use a different email address, this will NOT work.
We'll send another one out to you right away - look out for an email from email@example.com. If an email does not arrive with you, please check your spam, then submit a ticket above letting us know your username if you have it so we can help.
Please note: If you have multiple accounts and click the Lost Your Password link to reset, the system will reset ALL passwords for each account. (Only when the same email address is on each account)
