If using Screencast to store your video, upload your video and then click the "Share" icon. A new box will pop-up, copy the code in the area titled Embed on Your Page. In your JigsawBox, click the "HTML" button on the editor toolbar and then paste your embed code.
Converting your videos to .mp4 make them more accessible to your clients as .mp4 is the most used video type. If you are having trouble with video load time, contact your video hosting service. The loading time of your video is dependent on the bandwidth of the service hosting your video, not JigsawBox. If you are using a lot of video, using a site like Amazon S3 is recommended due to the scale of their bandwidth.

If you are using Screencast to host your videos, there are typically THREE places in the embed code that Screencast provides where you will need to change the height/width of the video. The easiest way to find it is to use the search feature in your browser. Do a search for either the word height or width, and then click your next button until you have updated both fields typically THREE times but the number of places you will see the height and width depends on the type of video format you uploaded.
