How to Access JigsawBox Training Packages

    Please note that this Question and Answer applies only to purchases of a JigsawBox Training Package.  This is not advice for how to access your JigsawBox coaching account.  If you have purchased a training course or training package from JigsawBox, then you will see the Switch to Client link, otherwise if you are a Coach delivering your own packages and have not purchased a training program from JigsawBox, you will not see the Switch to Client link. 

    To see the My Account page in your JigsawBox, you must log-in to your JigsawBox account at www.jigsawbox.com, please contact us at support@jigsawbox.com if you can not log-in to your account and we would be happy to help.
