Welcome to JigsawBox Support!
So, you've got your brand new shiny JigsawBox - but where to start? Here are some simple steps to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
We are only human (not robots!) so please know that we'll get back to your requests as quickly as possible, usually within 1 business day.
Step One: Decide on your topic
Remember one of the great things about JigsawBox is that allows you to TEACH your clients then COACH them. So think about the solution your clients most want to have - what do they want to do, be or have by the time they've finished working through your program?
Alternatively, you may already have a heap of content, in which case, of course, you can simply cut and paste into your JigsawBox.
Step Two: Decide how much interaction you'll have with your clients
You can use JigsawBox to create a home study program, as a compliment to your group coaching or 1:1 coaching, as mini-membership site, or indeed all of the above.
The beauty of your JigsawBox is that when you're getting started you can create one, core signature program and offer it out at ALL these different levels if you choose to.
The key to getting started quickly though is to start with just one type of interaction.
Step Three: Decide what modules you'd like to add to your program
If you imagine these to be like the chapters of a book, you'll get the idea here! Here's a quick video below to show you how to create your modules in your JigsawBox.
Step Four: Now create your first package
Your package is like the cover of your book - what do you want to call it?
Which modules should it contain?
This video below will show you how to create and edit packages.
Step Five: Decide if you'd like to include a Facebook forum for your clients to engage with each other
A forum can be a great way for your clients to interact with each other (saving you some work!) and helping you to build a valuable community around your product - your 'tribe' if you like.
Simply dd the Facebook Group URL to the section when creating your package.
Step Six: Choose how you'd like your JigsawBox to look, and set up your paypal details
To do this, just click the pencil 'edit' icon to the upper left hand corner next to your compnay name and you will be able to edit your branding, including your logo and chosen colours. This is your chance to make your JigsawBox and your packages look 'all yours'!
You can also add your paypal details via the profile icon to the upper right hand corner of your JigsawBox.
Step Seven: Go sell your package!!
As described in the above video for step four, the end of the video shows you how to get your URL for your package. This URL sits behind your BUY NOW button, or you can email the link directly to your clients from your JigsawBox.
Step Eight: Coach your clients!
We hope these quick start guides are helpful.
